The DWPP produces ultrapure water specifically for hemodialysis treatments, in capacities from 200 l/h to 2000 l/h. Each system integrates sanitary RO and EDI, UV disinfection, and automatic hot water sterilization to maintain consistent water quality. Designed for safe and reliable operation, the DWPP helps dialysis centres meet stringent clinical and regulatory standards.
The DWDL delivers and maintains ultrapure dialysis water from 250 l/h to 1800 l/h via a SUS 316 sterile water tank and fully sanitary distribution loop. It features VFD-driven stainless steel pumps with UV sterilization, dual electric heaters, endotoxin filtration, and continuous flow, conductivity, and temperature monitoring. All functions are managed through a PLC-based control panel with full traceability, ensuring stable, compliant, and secure water supply to every dialysis station.
