Dialysis Water Production Plant (DWPP)
The Dialysis Water Production Plant (DWPP) produces ultrapure water specially for dialysis treatments. It is equipped with sanitary RO and EDI systems, UV disinfection, and automatic hot water sterilization. Each system is designed to deliver consistent water quality, while the DWPP ensures safe and reliable supply for dialysis applications.
Dialysis Water Distribution Loop (DWDL)
The Dialysis Water Distribution Loop (DWDL) is designed with a SUS 316 sterile water tank and sanitary plumbing to ensure safe water delivery. It features VFD-driven stainless steel pumps with UV sterilization, dual electric heaters, and an endotoxin filter for added protection. The system is equipped with flow, conductivity, and temperature monitoring, all managed through a PLC-based control panel with full traceability, ensuring reliable and consistent distribution of dialysis water.
